To catch a glimpse of their favourite cricket heroes, large crowds gathered at the LGBI airport and the Radisson Blu Hotel in Guwahati.
The Radisson Blu Hotel in Guwahati extended a cordial welcome to the members of both teams, along with a cultural group performing the Bihu dance.
Also, when the teams arrived at the hotel, the players and officials were greeted with the customary Assamese gamusa.
