In yet another terrible incident in Guwahati, a student from Guwahati’s Holy Child School, an all-girls school, was sexually harassed by their school bus driver on school bus.
According to reports, the driver has been identified as Osman Ali, of school Bus No. 9. There have also been other episodes of his infamous behaviour that have never been reported.
The student’s parents had reported the incident to the authorities.
However, according to reports, rather than taking the necessary action against Osman, the school administration attempted to keep the incident hidden.
The episode shocked other parents and guardians as well. They also demanded that every student who uses the school’s bus services be adequately protected. Everyone has called for necessary actions to be taken.
