On Sunday, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Assam’s Dibrugarh on April 28.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Assam Medical College as well as seven cancer hospitals across the state during his visit.
Later in the day, at the Khanikar police reserve field, the Prime Minister will address a public gathering.
The last time PM Modi visited Assam was in March 2021 to campaign for the BJP ahead of the Assam Assembly elections.
