Assam’s singer and composer Nilotpal Bora, now a household name in Bollywood, got nominated in Filmfare Awards (OTT) in the category of “Best Original Soundtrack” for his work in the web series ‘Aspirants.’ His tracks, Dhaaga and De Mauka Zindagi become very popular and beloved by everyone, in the series the soundtracks help to convey the journey from a dream shattering to it taking flight again.
Filmfare recently announced the nominees for the “Best Orginal Soundtrack, Series.” Alongside Rohit Sharma and Nilotpal Bora for the soundtrack of Aspirants, Scam 1992-famed, Achint Thakkar; and musical trio, Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy also got nominated for Bandish Bandits. Also, for the soundtrack of Family Man 2: R Rajesh, Sachin-Jigar, Fiddlecraft, Bindhumalini, Mahesh Shankar and Harpreet got nominated in the same category, and for the Gullak Season 2: Simran Hora.
