In a strange episode in Assam, a man named Sahajul Ali cut his penis after getting high on weeds.
The man remarked in an interview with the media that he couldn’t do anything for the people of Assam and that he was smoking pot while thinking about it. Later, he cut off his penis in rage.
The man, a Dekagaon native, claims that if he survives and learns something from this experience, he will share it with others.
While talking to the media, another man stated that Sahajul had previously committed psychopathic acts.
