A man masturbating outside a hostel in Guwahati’s Azara area was caught on camera by a young woman, who posted the video on her social media account.
The man is seen masturbating outside RK Girls Hostel of Assam Don Bosco University, Azara, in the video that was widely shared online.
The girl, who witnessed the horrific act, tweeted, “A guy masturbating in front of our girls hostel in the day light. Such act should be punishable. Just want people to be aware of what happens.”
The girl also told local media about the incident. She said, “I was just sitting randomly beside the window when I saw him masturbating. I called other people from the hostel, and we all shouted that we will call the police but instead of getting afraid he had the audacity to wave at us.”
