Assamese cricketer Jintimani Kalita is currently playing for the Mumbai Indians in the Women’s Premier League (WPL), which is a source of great pride for the state. She is the lone participant from Assam in the Women’s Premier League. The Mumbai Indians signed the 19-year-old cricketer for Rs. 10 lahks.
