Heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected in and around Guwahati for the next four days, according to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).
According to the IMD, Guwahati and the nearby regions may see very heavy rains.
Rains may cause poor vision, water logging, and landslides, according to a weather report issued on June 14. If the situation continues, landslides are likely to occur.
According to the IMD, the public should obey traffic advisories, avoid areas with water logging issues, and stay away from landslide-prone areas.
