Assam girl Sneha Pareek topped the JEE Main 2022 session 1 exam this year by obtaining full 300 marks (100th percentile).

Self-study, NCERT books, reviewing previous years’ papers, and appearing for mock exams, according to Sneha Pareek, were essential to her success.

She said, “I have devoted six to seven hours [daily] for JEE Main preparation for the last two years. Apart from the study materials provided by the coaching institute, I followed NCERT books and revised previous years’ papers.”

Sneha attends ALLEN Career Institute in Guwahati. She is a Guwahati native. Her mother, Sarita Pareek, is a homemaker, and her father, Rajiv Kumar Pareek, is a businessman.

“The regular classes and materials are sufficient to prepare well for JEE Main. But, I followed HC Verma for Physics, Inorganic Chemistry- Sudarshan Guha, Maths- DK Goel, SL Loney,” informed Sneha.

The 18-year-old desires to attend the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay to study computer science. Despite being pleased with her result, she is now concentrating on the difficult and distinct JEE Advanced exam.
