An FIR was filed against dog abuser Rajveer Sarkar on Friday, May 20 at NCC Police Station by a non-profit organisation, K-Nine.
The FIR was shared on Facebook on Friday by the NGO, K-Nine.
They wrote, “The Dog Abuser, Rajveer Sarkar has confessed to committing the crime and an FIR has been filed at the NCC PS today. We await strict action from Police immediately.”
In a terrible act, the offender dragged and swung a street dog by its tail before flinging it into a nearby pond.
