With effect from Saturday, the cost of domestic cooking gas has increased by Rs 50.
As a result, the price of a 14.2 kg Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinder in Guwahati has risen to Rs 1048.50.
Domestic cooking gas prices were last increased on March 22. A 14.2 kg LPG cylinder cost Rs 998.50.
The price of a 19.5 kg commercial cylinder was raised by Rs 102.50 last week, however, it has now been reduced by Rs 8. It costs Rs 2507 right now. In addition, the 5 kg refill would cost Rs 18.
On the first day of each month, the price of LPG is modified based on the previous month’s benchmark fuel price.
