Ayushi Kalwar of Hailakandi, who previously made news for clearing the UPSC, has now succeeded in the APSC. She achieved 16th rank in Assam Civil Service.
Earlier, she received an All India Rank of 618 in her UPSC.
Lakshmi Nivas Kalwar and Asha Kalwar are the parents of Ayushi. Lakshmi Nivas Kalwar, her father, serves as the principal of Chal Mars HS School in Katlicherra.
Ayushi Kalwar did her schooling at Mount Peak English School in Lala. She passed her HS from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya at Monacherra in Hailakandi. From there, she did B.Tech from NIT Silchar.
It is noteworthy that Ayushi Kalwar’s older sister Jagriti qualified for the APSC in 2018 and has since been appointed to the position of Election Officer in Karimganj.
