On Tuesday, February 28th, Mustafizur Rahman, who is believed to be the wealthiest YouTuber from Assam, was arrested by Assam police for allegedly involving minors in his videos. Rahman was shooting a video in Satpara, Jogighopa when the authorities apprehended him.
A complaint was filed against Rahman for employing children in his videos, which is a criminal offense. Consequently, the Bongaigaon child protection officer lodged a police report against Rahman at the Jogighopa police station, and an investigation into the matter was initiated.
As per reports, Rahman’s videos include instances of child abuse, with child actors being used in the production.
