Assam sprinter Amlan Borgohain, who already has the 200-meter national record, now also holds the 100-meter national record.
Amlan Borgohain on Monday in the 87th all-India inter-Railway athletics championships in Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh, clocked 10.25 seconds to break Amiya Kumar Mallick’s national record from 2016, which stood at 10.26 seconds.
The National Open in Warangal, last year, yielded Borgohain’s previous best record of 10.34s.
