Sadhana Devi and Cherry Gohain tied for the first position in Arts Stream in the Higher Secondary Examination results announced today by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, scoring 487 out of 500 marks each.
Cherry Gohain appeared from Women’s College, Tinsukia, while Sadhana Devi appeared from Kamrupa Girls’ Senior Secondary School, Kamrup (Rural).
A total of 1,56,107 participants took the AHSEC exam in the Arts Stream. The passing rate is 83.48 percent.
